| The Church's Family Ministries acknowledges as normative the biblical teachings relating to the family and holds high God's ideals for family living. At the same time, it brings an understanding of the brokenness experienced by individuals and families in a fallen world. |
| The bible is the sole authority. "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or title will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled (1 Cor. 5:18)". |
